At Lighthouse, we are focused on the service we provide to our insureds, our agents, and our employees. We believe our employees are a vital part of our company’s continued success and advancement. Our Employee Spotlight is an opportunity for you to get to know our employees by celebrating their accomplishments.
Miguel became part of the Lighthouse team in April 2017. He is responsible for supervising examiners and making sure they provide the best customer service possible to insureds and agents. Miguel also monitors individuals’ performance and ensures examiners are meeting their expected quality and performance objectives.
His favorite part about working at Lighthouse is “the opportunity for growth within the company and also personal growth through our Professional Development Program.” Currently, he is assisting in the launch of the Diamond System within the Claims Department.
